MERIDIO COLLABORATION TERMS
1. PRICES. Prices are quoted and accepted only within the platform. Different prices must not be agreed directly with the customer outside Meridio.
2. CONTACTS. Contact details, including telephone numbers, email addresses or other channels, must not be exchanged with the customer. Communications take place through the platform chat.
3. MISSED SERVICES. A service accepted but not performed is subject to the applicable penalties, except where force majeure is reported promptly.
4. DOCUMENTS. The transport licence and insurance must remain valid throughout the collaboration. Expiry dates must be kept up to date.
5. VEHICLES AND DRIVERS. The information entered must match the vehicle and person performing the service.
